Jai Rahul Agarwal is an Indian sports entrepreneur, and the CEO and shareholder of Guarda Futebol Clube – Futebol, SAD.

In August 2026 he acquired the majority of the football company of Guarda FC — the club of Portugal's highest city, founded in 2019, playing in the Campeonato de Portugal. Days before the acquisition reached the press, the club won the Supertaça da Beira Interior.

He holds a BSc in Business Management from Brunel University London (2021–2024), where he ran with the university sprint squad, and is pursuing a master's in Global Sports Marketing at LaLiga Business School in Madrid. As a schoolboy in Mumbai he won gold in the boys' U-18 200 m at the SASA Inter-School Athletics Championships (2020). His stated ambition is to grow the club sustainably and to build a pathway for young Asian players into European football.
